Brussels/Paris, 19 October 2026, E-Spring is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of AMW Health Investment in the successful sale of the company to OMX Groupe, a leading French group in specialized MedTech distribution.

Founded in 2016 by Amaury Masbernat and based in France, AMW Health is a leading provider of refurbished endoscopy equipment across Europe, combining MedTech expertise, circularity and sustainable healthcare. The group operates through four specialized subsidiaries: Vet Trade, which sells refurbished flexible endoscopy equipment in more than 40 countries, Europe Endoscope, a specialist in flexible endoscope repair, Endobiolab, a laboratory specialized in microbiological control, and eWolf, a provider of back office services for the healthcare sector. Backed by OMX, Amaury and María Belén Gamaleri will continue to lead AMW Health with greater resources to accelerate organic and external growth, with a clear ambition to build the European leader in refurbished medical devices.
Founded in 2023 by Thomas Ringeisen and Léo Spector and headquartered in Paris, OMX Groupe brings together specialized companies across therapeutic areas including ophthalmology, medical imaging, physiotherapy and defibrillation. The acquisition expands its refurbished medical devices offering and follows its recent entry into the Italian market with Next Medical.
