Role Description:
E-Spring Capital is seeking an M&A Analyst Intern for a 5-month internship, starting in September 2026. This role, based in Brussels with some flexibility for remote work, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance. As an M&A Analyst Intern, you will support our team of experts on a variety of financial advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, funding solutions, and financial strategy. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the dynamic field of M&A. Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to an offer of a full-time position.
Key Responsabilities:
- Assist in financial modeling and analysis for M&A transactions
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support advisory projects
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients
- Participate in client meetings and support senior team members in deal execution
- Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc projects and tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Solid understanding of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance principles, and financial markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Written and spoken proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus

- Start Date: September 2026
- Location: Brussels (on-site)
