E-Spring, a corporate finance advisory firm dedicated to small & mid-cap companies, advised Brasserie de la Senne, the largest brewery in Brussels to secure its senior debt financing.

Brasserie de la Senne is at the origins of the “new wave“ of craft beer in Brussels and Belgium. E-Spring advised the company as a financial advisor for securing junior debt financing on June 2020. The brewery company thus reaches a new stage in its development strategy.

E-Spring already advised the company for the funding structuration of the new brewery located in Tour & Taxis (2018). The capacity of this new installation is over 20.000 hectoliters.
