Colette holds a Master Degree from the Solvay Business and Management School of Brussels (ULB-SBM – 1989); she started her career at DSA International where her role and responsibilities included financial auditing.
She quickly developed a customer portfolio including Belgian lawyers active in international commercial and tax law. Colette delivered consulting services in the field of intangible asset valuation (brands, patents, IP) and company valuations. Between 1999 and 2002, she partnered up with Reynders & Co at Stratego International in Luxemburg before setting up Stratego Finance in Brussels which blossomed for over a decade.
In May 2016, Colette met with Joël Rikir and they both created a boutique M&A consulting company, E-Spring Capital, which specializes in fund raising, funding and acquisitions of European SME’s.
Throughout her career, Colette has been serving as a Judge in commercial cases at the Tribunal de Commerce – Rechtbank van Koophandel of Brussels, as Senior Lecturer at the Solvay Business School and is Managing Director of the Special Master Degree in Tax Management, a program developed by the Executive Education Department of the Solvay Business and Management School of Brussels.
Joël holds a Master Degree from the UCL in Business, Social and Political Sciences (1996) as well as in Finance Management (ISC Saint Louis – ICHEC Group, 1998); Joël started his career at the Bank of New York.
In 1999, Joël joins the SRIB Group (venture capital) as Investment Manager in charge of investment projects and portfolio management. For more than 5 years, he coached numerous SME’s on their scale-up projects.
In 2005, Joël decided to leverage on his experience and set up his own company, specializing in financial consulting, focusing on fund raising, IPO’s and additional corporate finance missions. In addition, he has been acting as CFO in various SME’s.
In 2008, Joël joins an M&A consulting firm as an Associate Partner in charge of driving M&A projects.
In 2016, he partners up with Colette Plasman to create E-Spring Capital, a new breed of M&A company focusing on personal service and innovative solutions.
Johan holds a Master Degree from the Solvay Business and Management School of Brussels (ULB-SBM – 1996) as well as a post-graduate diploma from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts (1999) and a post-graduate diploma from the Executive Programme en Immobilier from the Solvay Business and Management School of Brussels (2011). Johan started his career at D’Ieteren.
In 1998, Johan joins The Nielsen Company as Financial Analyst (Belgian subsidiary) and moved the European headquarter end 1999 to become European BP& A Manager.
In 2001, Johan decided to provide CFO Services and Finance Consulting to various SME’s companies, which is still his current and main activity.
Marc holds a Master Degree from the ULB in Applied Linguistics (1985) and a post-graduate certificate from Solvay Business School (IADE, 1992). Marc is an ICF certified life and business coach and a certified Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management expert.
Marc has held several top management positions in service and real estate businesses in the 80’s and 90’s, including a business center that pioneered co-working spaces. In 1994, Marc founded Jonckers Translation & Engineering, an international company with offices in 10 countries across 3 continents, that provides AI-powered translation services to blue-chip organizations worldwide. His company was awarded the worldwide Microsoft Service Vendor of the Year in 2007.
In 2016, Marc founded Speed2Scale, an organization based in Belgium that provides coaching services to the motion picture industry in Europe and to technology start and scaleups.
Marc speaks French and English as a bilingual native as well as Dutch and German.
